FAQ

Dumpster rental questions

What's included in the $599 price?

One 20-yard roll-off dumpster, delivery and pickup, up to 2 tons of debris and up to 10 days on site. Extra weight is $135 per ton and extra days are $20 per day.

How big is a 20-yard dumpster?

A 20-yard roll-off holds about 20 cubic yards of debris. Most are roughly 22 feet long, 8 feet wide and 4 to 4.5 feet tall, and exact dimensions vary by container.

Do I need a permit?

Not if the dumpster sits on your own driveway or property. If it has to go on a Montgomery County road, the county requires a right-of-way permit, which usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. Choose street placement and we'll handle the permit for $395. City and state roads have their own rules, so we'll confirm when we call.

When will my dumpster be delivered?

Pick a preferred delivery date when you order. It's a requested date, not a confirmed one. We'll call to confirm the date before delivery.

What if I go over 2 tons or need more time?

That's fine. Extra weight is $135 per ton and extra days are $20 per day, billed after pickup.

Can I put dirt, concrete or rock in it?

Call us first. Heavy materials add up to the weight limit fast, and some loads need a different setup.
